Responsibilities for electrical disconnection, temporary storage, refitting and final checks are agreed with the installer; roof and installation warranties are documented separately.

From assessment to handover
We agree the materials, access, work phases and costs for your roof before starting. Any concealed defects found during the work are discussed before additional repairs. At handover we record the finish, outstanding points and maintenance advice.
10 years of warranty on our work
We provide a 10-year warranty on our tiled roof work. The written project agreement records the scope, start and applicable conditions. Product warranties are documented separately.
