TILED ROOF SPECIALISTS
10-year warranty on our tiled roof work
We stand behind our workmanship. Our 10-year warranty belongs with clear written project terms and a complete roof file.
Clear agreements, careful workmanship
We specialise in tiled roofs and provide 10 years of warranty on our tiled roof work. The accepted quote and written warranty terms make clear which work is covered and how a concern is reported. Ask for the terms with your project documents.
Workmanship and product warranties
Our warranty on the work is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty on tiles, windows or other products. Keep both sets of documents and confirm their scope, start date and maintenance conditions for your particular roof.
Keep your roof file complete
- Accepted quote and agreed work scope
- Product names, colour codes and technical documents
- Photos, handover record and any outstanding points
- Written warranty terms and maintenance instructions
