Esdec / ClickFit — brand guide
Esdec ClickFit supplies solar mounting systems. On a tiled roof, the selected hooks, rails and clamps must suit both the roof and the module.
ClickFit EVO is a mounting system
The system mounts solar modules above the roof; it does not automatically replace the tiles or their weather-resisting function. Esdec describes roof hooks, rails, module clamps and end caps for ClickFit EVO Pannendak. Hook variants differ: the standard hook and screw-fixed rafter hook do not share identical application dimensions.
Three checks before ordering
Measure the actual tile-and-batten combination, assess the supporting structure and record the exact module model. Then use the manufacturer’s project calculation for hook spacing, roof zones and fixings. A product’s general application range is not a structural calculation for the house. Include cable routes and access for future maintenance.
Coordinate with tile replacement
For renovation, first assess the roof beneath the panels. Agree who removes and reinstalls an existing array, which components can be reused and who performs the electrical checks. Keep the mounting plan and component codes with the handover documents.
