Distinguishing the 993, 44 and 18
The 993 technical sheet specifies a 210 mm covering width and a fixed 248 mm gauge. Wienerberger lists 195 mm covering width for the 44, and 225 mm with variable gauge for the 18. Switching models therefore changes the roof layout. For repairs, compare the interlocks and full model designation.
Pitch and accessories
The technical sheet states a minimum pitch of 25° and refers lower pitches for additional requirements and technical advice. The number alone does not approve every roof build-up. Include verges, angle tiles and ventilation or penetration components in the specification. Use a physical sample to assess colour and sheen.
